About Caroline

Caroline is Cuban American and has been a practicing attorney in Florida for over 25 years. She is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator, and offers dispute resolution services including Mediation, Pre-Suit Mediation, and Global Settlement Conferences.

Caroline’s extensive litigation and trial experience has allowed her to advocate for both Plaintiffs and Defendants across a broad spectrum of legal matters. For nearly a decade, she worked in-house as Staff Counsel for a major insurance carrier and has also represented individuals, small businesses, insurance carriers and international retailers in court.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Caroline also served as Vice President of the Miami Beach Bar Association. With her deep understanding of litigation strategy and settlement dynamics, she brings insight and perspective to mediation. Whether disputes are straightforward or complex, Caroline has the ability to understand each party’s position and to effectively and thoughtfully navigate their legal disputes.
